Please join the Railway Association of Canada (RAC) and the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) for its 3-part learning series to help better understand the CTA’s key rail-related regulatory functions and services to RAC members and associate members. Session descriptions and registration can be found below. There is no charge to attend these sessions.

October 25: Session 1 – Railway Line Construction Approvals (including 3rd party liability insurance coverage for construction and disputes related to railway crossings)

November 2: Session 2 – Certificates of Fitness & Annual insurance monitoring process

November 17: Session 3 – Mediation and Adjudication for noise & vibration and railway crossing disputes; Net Salvage Value
