Rebecca Robinson, Officer, Training and Development, CN
Rebecca Robinson hired into the rail industry as a Conductor in 2008 and became a qualified Locomotive Engineer in 2013. She also held a position as a Local Chairperson for Division 668 with the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference for seven years from 2013-2020. Her current role is as an Officer Training and Development at CN, training new hire Conductors at their national training facility in Canada. In addition, she created and manages the H.E.R.E Female mentorship program at CN. In 2011, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brandon University.
