La BIC a allou\u00e9 5&nbsp;milliards de dollars \u00e0 titre d\u2019objectif \u00e0 long terme au le secteur du commerce et transport pour fournir un financement concessionnel \u00e0 des projets admissibles, y compris les chemins de fer d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat local, afin de combler l\u2019\u00e9cart d\u2019investissement lorsque le financement priv\u00e9 traditionnel n\u2019est pas disponible.
