20 \u00e0 25 cents de chaque dollar gagn\u00e9 dans leurs r\u00e9seaux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div transport augmentent consid\u00e9rablement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En 2024, les chemins de fer ont transport\u00e9 pour 164 milliards de dollars canadiens en marchandises \u00e0 travers la fronti\u00e8re entre le Canada et les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Il ne faut pas sous-estimer l\u2019importance du transport de ces produits, comme: les produits automobiles (71 milliards $), les produits chimiques (25 milliards $), les m\u00e9taux et min\u00e9raux (18 milliards $) les produits agricoles et alimentaires (15 milliards $), les produits forestiers (13 milliards $), le p\u00e9trole (12 milliards $) et l\u2019engrais (4 milliards $).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"pt-0 mt-0 has-tertiary-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">#LeRailCompte has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cr\u00e9er des conditions<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9gales pour tous<\/strong>.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">Les r\u00e9cents tarifs impos\u00e9s par l\u2019administration Trump et leur impact sur le Canada nous obligent \u00e0 examiner la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de notre \u00e9conomie. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces politiques commerciales protectionnistes, nous devons prendre des mesures fermes et d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9es pour b\u00e2tir l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie canadienne la plus r\u00e9siliente et la plus comp\u00e9titive qui soit. Les \u00e9changes commerciaux entre le Canada et les \u00c9tats-Unis sont consid\u00e9rables et vont rester vitaux pour les deux pays, mais la capacit\u00e9 du Canada d\u2019am\u00e9liorer sa comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi importante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">Les investissements du secteur priv\u00e9 canadien ne suivent pas le rythme des \u00c9tats-Unis ou d\u2019autres pays membres de l\u2019OCDE. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent que cela est principalement d\u00fb au d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre du r\u00e9gime fiscal canadien, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re des rendements plus faibles. En d\u2019autres termes, investir au Canada \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle n\u2019est pas le meilleur choix financier pour de nombreuses industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">De plus, le manque de certitude et le temps requis pour faire approuver les projets nuisent aux investissements et \u00e0 la croissance \u00e9conomique. Quand il faut d\u00e9cider o\u00f9 investir, la confiance envers le moment o\u00f9 les projets seront approuv\u00e9s est une consid\u00e9ration essentielle. La pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 des calendriers de projets permet aux investisseurs de savoir, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de la planification, quand les op\u00e9rations peuvent commencer. Le secteur priv\u00e9 du Canada soutient l\u2019importance de normes environnementales \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cependant, les processus de r\u00e9glementation actuels sont trop longs, redondants et impr\u00e9visibles, surtout par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres juridictions qui nous font concurrence pour les investissements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">Finalement, la fiabilit\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement est d\u2019une importance capitale dans le contexte de l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne fond\u00e9e sur le commerce. Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le Canada a connu plus de 62 arr\u00eats de travail dans le seul secteur des transports, un niveau de perturbation inacceptable. La fr\u00e9quence de ces perturbations nuit \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation du Canada en tant que partenaire commercial fiable. Le Canada doit avoir une meilleure fa\u00e7on de r\u00e9soudre les conflits de travail.Nous avons besoin d\u2019un cadre qui encourage des salaires et des conditions de travail \u00e9quitables, et qui prot\u00e8ge le droit de gr\u00e8ve des travailleurs. Parall\u00e8lement, il doit y avoir un m\u00e9canisme qui prot\u00e8ge tous les autres Canadiens, ce qui comprend les autres travailleurs syndiqu\u00e9s, et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, quand les n\u00e9gociations collectives \u00e9chouent sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels de notre syst\u00e8me de transport (p. ex. chemins de fer et ports). Ce nouveau cadre est requis pour minimiser les dommages \u00e9conomiques importants caus\u00e9s par les perturbations sur les cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement du Canada, qui sont d\u2019une importance capitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section id=\"recommendations\" class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pour renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 canadienne, nous pressons le prochain gouvernement de prendre les mesures suivantes :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center comp\u00e9titives qui rendent les conditions \u00e9gales entre les juridictions, en particulier les \u00c9tats-Unis, comme l\u2019amortissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 des investissements dans l\u2019infrastructure et les cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement, ou des cr\u00e9dits d\u2019imp\u00f4ts similaires.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
