The US Department of Transport (PHMSA), Transport Canada (CANUTEC) and the Secretariat of Transport (MEXICO) have released the 2012 edition of the Transportation Emergency Response Guidebook. This guidebook is aimed at first responders to dangerous goods incidents and provides steps to be taken in the initial phases of a dangerous goods incident.
